A short explanation of what the waitlist stores.

What we collect
Off Baseline stores the email address you submit, whether you used the first or final signup form, and approved campaign information such as UTM parameters and the referring website hostname. The waitlist does not collect symptoms, wearable readings, or other health data.
Why we use it
We use this information to manage beta access, understand which launch campaigns are useful, and send important waitlist updates. We do not sell waitlist information or use it for unrelated advertising.
Who processes it
The site is hosted by Vercel and waitlist records are stored in a Neon Postgres database. These providers process the information only so the site and waitlist can operate.
How long we keep it
Waitlist records are deleted after 12 months. If you later join the product, information needed for that relationship will be handled under the privacy notice provided at that time.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct, or delete your waitlist information, or withdraw from waitlist emails, by contacting privacy@offbaseline.fit.
